What areas do you serve?
We have locations in Bridgewater, NJ and Rockford, MI.
For New Jersey: We will pick up and deliver in all of Somerset and most of Hunterdon and Morris counties.
For Michigan: We will pick up and deliver in Rockford and the Greater Grand Rapids area.

Is there a contract?
Nope! No contract. Get help from The Laundry Elf as little or as much as you’d like.
How long does it take?
We pick up your clothes in 24-48 hours. Your clean clothes will be delivered within 48 hours of pickup.
Do I need to pre-sort my laundry?
Nope, no need! Put all your laundry into the provided bag (or an equally sized garbage bag) for pickup, and the elves will separate your whites and colors.
What about stain removal?
We will do our best! Please let us know before pickup if there are stains on a particular item.
What type of laundry products do you use?
By default, we use a free & clear detergent and Suavitel fabric softener. If you prefer different products, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you (extra charges may apply). If we are unable to get your favorite product (or if you just prefer to do so), you may leave it with your clothes upon pickup and we’ll use what you provide.
Can I schedule regular service?
We’d be happy to set up a regular schedule for you! We can do weekly, every other week, monthly, or whatever works for you.
Do you clean large items, such as comforters or linens?
Yes, priced separately. If you need a quote, please contact us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, or credit card. For credit cards, we’ll send you an invoice to pay online. If you’d like to set up a payment schedule, contact us.
